Zumba® – When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students (60 mins).
A body conditioning class to help build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk (45 mins).
Fit! 50+ - TBC (Total Body Conditioning):
Designed for all fitness levels, this class gives you the aerobic, strength/resistance, balance and flexibility training you need, all-in-one. Featuring low-impact, easy to follow movements and exercises, this class is perfect for pretty much everyone. Class may include the use of stability balls, resistance bands, hand weights and mats (60 mins).
Simply Stretch & Core:
Improve your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture with this simple, yet effective stretching and core conditioning class. Featuring yoga and Pilates inspired stretches and exercises, this class is beneficial for all fitness levels. No additional equipment other than mats will be used in this class (60 mins).
