Zumba​®

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-inte​nsity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Perfect for everybody and every body!

Zumba® GOLD

Perfect for anyone looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love with lower-impact and at a lower-intensity. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance, including range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

Zumba®/Zumba® Gold Circuit

A full-body workout, featuring Zumba® Fitness or Zumba® Gold cardio dance with intervals of weights/resistance training using dumbbells/bands.

H/LIIT Tabata & Stretch

This fun, challenging class starts with 3-4 rounds of intervals, each performed with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Modifications and progressions are shown, allowing you to choose between a high or low intensity/impact workout. Stretching rounds out the second half of the class, helping you rejuvenate and restore! It's a great full body workout for everyone to enjoy!

Circuit Strength

A full-body workout, including weights/resistance training using dumbbells/bands and floorwork (stretching/abs/core).

Fit Mix

Mix it up with this fun fitness class, combining cardio and resistance training, This class is sure to give you a great workout!
